All the options below are fully-cooked and come in whole and half recipes for large and small families. Normal serving sizes are listed under each item. All of these meals can be frozen for 3-4 weeks before use.

Using meatballs instead of chicken in this recipe was an experiment gone absolutely right!

BBQ Boneless Pork Ribs w/ Carrots and Green Beans
These boneless ribs are tender and a great mix of white and dark meat with slightly sweet BBQ sauce. Oh, and did I mention the carrots are glazed in butter.

Chicken Tortilla Casserole
This is like a Mexican lasagna with tortillas instead of noodles and chicken instead of ground chuck. The spice level is fairly low, and the roux makes it creamy and oh so tasty!

**This meal is packaged in an aluminum pan that is safe for baking, or it can be dumped into a large slow-cooker or electric roaster. It contains frozen raw chicken that will need to be thawed before cooking.
